Prince, 16, pleaded guilty to possession of 111 pounds of cannabis on February 26, 2011.
Chief Magistrate Sonya Young ordered that a Social Inquiry report be done and presented to the court on April 13 to assist her with sentencing.
However, when the youngster arrived in court on Wednesday, the magistrate found out that there was no report done.
A dejected Prince also said that no one has ever visited him at the prison in relation to the report.
Young told Prince that she was adjourning the matter again because it was important for her to use it to sentence him.
Since he has been on remand, Prince has complained of abuse by the hands of other inmates.
The matter was adjourned to May 12. (KW)
