Ex-police out on $1,500 bail

Former police officer Latisha Browne of Paget Farm, Bequia, was on Tuesday, March 15, granted $1,500 bail from the Kingstown Magistrate’s after pleading not guilty to a charge of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Devon Stowe.{{more}}

Browne is alleged to have wounded Stowe on March 14 in Bequia.

Senior Magistrate Donald Browne ordered Browne to report to the Paget Farm police station every Friday. The matter was transferred to the Port Elizabeth court for April 8.
