Joseph granted $55,000 bail

New Grounds labourer, Othneil Joseph is currently out on $55,000 bail after pleading not guilty to possession of a controlled substance.{{more}}

Joseph, also of Largo Heights, appeared before Chief Magistrate Sonya Young at the Serious Offences Court on Monday, July 26, and pleaded not guilty to having 2,096 grams of cocaine at the E.T.Joshua Airport on July 25, 2010.

Joseph was ordered to surrender his travel documents and report to the Old Montrose Police Station twice per week between 6am-6pm.

The matter was adjourned to September 23.
