Rawle Lavine appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday, June 29, and pleaded not guilty to possession of a firearm, one round of .22 ammunition and discharging a firearm in the public road at Rose Place.

The prosecution objected to bail on the grounds that Lavine is a foreigner and the fact that they were not sure about his status in St Vincent.

The matter was adjourned to July 7 for hearing.
