Lawrence granted bail of $70,000

Jason Lawrence was earlier this week released on $70,000 composite bail after pleading not guilty to the possession of over 143 grams of cannabis, among other charges.{{more}}

Lawrence, a twenty-nine year old labourer of Diamonds, appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Monday, May 31, 2010. He was also charged with the possession of one 12 gauge firearm and five rounds of 12 gauge ammunition.

Lawrence was also ordered to surrender all travel documents and report to the Colonarie police station everyday between 6am to 6pm. His case was adjourned to September 6, 2010.(OS)
