A Prospect man had a primary school girl running scared when he whipped out his penis in front of her in broad daylight.{{more}}
Collin Geddis John was sentenced to two months imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent exposure when he appeared at the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court on Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
When the facts were read out in court, John stood in the box, with bare feet and dirty clothes and a grin on his face.
The facts stated that on March 19, 2010, the girl was walking in the company of her elder sister to the Brighton Primary School when John appeared in front of them. He pulled his penis from his trousers and began masturbating, which caused the children to run away.
A highly annoyed Senior Magistrate Donald Browne scolded John for his behaviour. âYou are just stupid. If that childâs father was around, he might have ripped you to pieces…. You must be look like the devil in front of the girl,â Browne chimed.
John, 30, of Prospect, did not say much by way of explanation, expect to say that he was going to his auntâs house for something to eat.(KW)
