Henry pleads not guilty to discharging firearm

Henry, 17, was brought before the court on Monday in connection with a brazen daylight shooting on Melville Street on January 8, 2010.
The youngster pleaded not guilty to four charges, including: discharging a firearm at Lenroy Peters of Redemption Sharpes; assault and bodily harm on Delvert Adams; discharging a firearm at Omari Antrobus of Redemption Sharpes and assault and bodily harm on Diana Francis of Green Hill.
It is alleged that gunshots rang out in the Kingstown area shortly after 5:30pm. It is also alleged that one man alighted the minivan âSellyâ which operates between Sharpes and Kingstown and opened fire on a group of men in the area.(KW)
