Five charged with robbing St. Lucian
Five men are now out on bail after being brought before the Serious Offences Court on Wednesday this week, charged with relieving a St Lucian man of EC$2,000.{{more}}
Terran Prince, 28, Quezan Cuffy, 26, Kimani Williams 22, Kenran Williams, 26, and Andrew Henry, 22, all of Chateaubelair, are accused of robbing 26-year-old Christopher Smith on Sunday, 26 July, 2009, at Chateaubelair at about 8:30 p.m.
Williams was slapped with another charge of wounding Smith and was granted bail in the sum of $3,800 with one surety. The other four men were granted $3,500 bail. They are scheduled to re-appear in court on October 30.
It is alleged that the men were armed with a cutlass and knife when they robbed Smith.(KW)
