Robertson, a resident of Evesham and Ottley Hall, was charged with discharging a loaded firearm at Jomo Brudy, Alfonzo Davy and Terron Prince of Edinboro, and assault, causing actual bodily harm to Rocky Richards of Edinboro, on May 8, 2009. He pleaded not guilty to both offences.

Prosecutor Inspector Nigel Butcher denied bail for Robertson, stating that it would be difficult to find him if released and also because the firearm in question was not recovered. Robertson was remanded for two weeks and will return to the Serious Offences Court on Friday, July 24, 2009.(OS)
