PI into Clouden’s death begins

The Preliminary Inquiry into the death of Shereen “Tiny” Clouden of Edinboro began last Friday at the Serious Offences Court.{{more}}

The Prosecution presented four witnesses to testify, including mother of the deceased Kenlyn Clouden, Jomo Brudy, who was also shot in the same incident, and another witness who was in the company of Brudy and Clouden on the night of the incident. A police officer who visited the scene of the incident also gave evidence.

Shereen Clouden was shot and killed on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at Ottley Hall. Two men, Atiba Bess and Kamal Moore, have been charged in connection with her death.

The case was adjourned to Thursday, July 30, for completion. The Prosecution is expected to call another nine witnesses to testify. Attorney Grant Connell represents the accused.(OS)
