Henry charged with indecent assault

Frances Henry, a 46-year-old resident of New Chapmans has been charged with indecently assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

Henry pleaded not guilty when he appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Friday, June 12, 2009.{{more}} He was granted bail of $7,000, with one surety.

He was also ordered to report to the Georgetown Police Station every Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Henry’s case will be heard on the 16th, July 2009, at the Family Court.(OS)
