Ambris to stand trial for ‘Poison’ murder

The teen was committed to stand trial for murder on Tuesday at the Serious Offences Court when Magistrate Sonya Young found that there was sufficient evidence against the defendant to send on the matter.{{more}}

Devon Ambris is charged with the murder of 32-year-old Fitzroy “Poison” Browne, of Arnos Vale, which occurred on April 7, 2009. The deceased succumbed to multiple stab wounds during a fight which ensued between him and others.

Defense attorney Ronald Marks represented Ambris at the Preliminary Inquiry. (VM)
