Miller pleads not guilty to five charges
Keldon Miller pleaded not guilty to five charges at the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday.{{more}}
The 21-year-old Layou resident was brought before Chief Magistrate Sonya Young for having in his possession a .38 Smith and Wesson special revolver, five rounds of .38 ammunition and four rounds of .38 ammunition.
The father of two also answered to charges of driving a vehicle without insurance and without a license.
Magistrate Young fined him $15,000 bail with one surety and he is to surrender all his travel documents.
Miller also has to report to the Layou Police Station on Mondays and Fridays, between 6am and 6pm, until his matter is heard on January 30, 2009. He was represented by Lawyer Grant Connell. (VM)
