Kamra Richards, 24, of Old Montrose was charged with Williams’ murder which took place on May 17, 2008 at Campden Park.

It is alleged that around midday on that day, Richards walked into “D-Stretch” Bar at Campden Park where Williams was, held him by his neck with one hand and pulled a gun from behind his back and shot Williams in his stomach.
