Kenute Lynch on murder charge

Kenute Lynch will be tried before a judge and jury in the High Court when the next sitting of the Criminal Assizes begin.{{more}}

The Layou labourer was committed to stand trial in a murder case on Monday at the Serious Offences Court when Chief Magistrate Sonya Young found that there was sufficient evidence against the defendant to send on the matter.

Lynch was charged with the murder of Maxwell John, also of the same address, between July 18 and October 7, 2007.

Attorney Kay Bacchus-Browne represented Lynch at the Preliminary Inquiry.
