Farmer on $12,000 bail for gun, ammo possession

Collie Lowman, a farmer, of Chapmans Village, was released on $12,000 bail on Monday at the Serious Offences Court after pleading not guilty to having a firearm in his possession on August 22, at Georgetown.{{more}}

Lowman also maintained a not guilty plea for a charge of possession of four rounds of 12-gauge ammunition.

Chief Magistrate Sonya Young ordered Lowman to report to the Georgetown Police Station on Mondays between 6am-12pm.

The matter was adjourned to October 14, for hearing.(KW)
