Vincy, Bajan remanded to HMP Dodds on drug charges

A Vincentian labourer and a Barbadian tiler were remanded to the Her Majestyâs Prisons Dodds in Barbados last week Wednesday on drug charges.{{more}}
David Urias Providence Delpesche, 25, of Georgetown, was not required to plead to the indictable charges of possession of marijuana, possession with intent to supply, trafficking, and importing 2,734 pounds of the illegal narcotic into Barbados on Saturday.
Twenty-eight-year-old Rodney OâNeal WIlliams, of Block 8D, Park Towers, Country Road, St. Michael, Barbados, who was jointly charged with him, was also not required to plead to similar indictable charges.
Both men appeared before Magistrate Christopher Birch in the Bridgetown, Barbados M Traffic Court, and were remanded until September 8.
