Men on $10,000 bail for alleged act of indecency

Two men were granted $10,000 bail each after they were charged with committing a gross act of indecency.{{more}}

Garnet Blutcher, 38, of Sion Hill, and Ohrma Dallaway, 28, of New Montrose, both appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Monday and were not allowed to plea to the indictable charge.

It is alleged that around 3 a.m. on July 18, Police were on mobile patrol in the Victoria Park area when the alarm for the Evangelical Church went off. When the officers went to check, it is also alleged that Dallaway was met on a steps of the compound performing an oral act on Blutcher.

The matter was adjourned to September 11 for Preliminary Inquiry and was transferred to the Family Court.
