Sailor charge with homicide

This country has recorded its third homicide.

Dead is two-year-old Kelroy Williams of Mesopotamia who died from multiple lacerations to his lung and liver (blunt trauma).{{more}}

Police arrested and charged 26-year-old Antonio Browne, a sailor also of Mesopotamia in connection with William’s death on February 1, 2008 about 7 a.m., at Mesopotamia.

He was brought before the Serious Offences Court on Monday and was remanded in custody.

It was said that Browne was Williams’ stepfather.
