Robertson pleads not guilty to gun, ammo charge

Kenroy Robertson a businessman of Green Hill was remanded to her Majesty’s Prison after being charged with having in his possession one Bryco .38 semi automatic pistol and six rounds .38 ammunition without a licence issued under the Firearm Act.{{more}}

Robertson, who appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Monday before Chief Magistrate Simone Churaman, pleaded not guilty to the charge and is expected to reappear in court on Friday August 17.

According to reports, police executed a search warrant at Robertson’s premises at Green Hill and found six rounds .38 ammunition and the semi automatic pistol in the parts of a bicycle. (SB)
