When he appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday, he did not waste the courtâs time and pleaded guilty on the spot.
The court heard that on January 7, OâBrien was seen walking in the vicinity of Kingstown Park when Police were on mobile patrol stopped him and requested a search. A total of five plastic bags were found in his pocket containing the cannabis substance.
