Illegal immigrant put out
Michael Brathwaithe, a man who gave his address as Barbados got a stern warning from Magistrate Carl Joseph last Tuesday.
That was after he pleaded guilty to entering the country illegally around July 2005. He entered at Union Island. {{more}}
Brathwaithe told the court that he had a woman and small children here, and he resided at Campden Park during his stay.
Magistrate Joseph asked him why he did not enter through legal channels.
“When you get deported, you can’t come back,” Joseph told him.
Joseph was ordered to be deported but to remain in custody until that time.
