Offenders on small charges
Gideon O’Hara, a 36-year-old labourer of Sharpes in the North Leeward Town of Chateaubelair was taken before the court on an unusual offence.
O’Hara was charged for damaging one bunch of bananas valued EC$30. His indictment stemmed from an incident at Chateaubelair on July 15, 2005. The bananas belonged to Alrick Findlay also of Sharpes in Chateaubelair. {{more}}
In another matter, Gart Hall, a 51-year-old Edinboro man was charged with entering the Registry storeroom as a trespasser and stealing one Judge’s notebook valued at $17.50.
The book belongs to the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The offence was committed between 4 and 5 p.m. July 29, 2005.
