Williams, who was accused of the Tuesday, August 31, 2004, killing was allowed to go home after the evidence by the prosecution failed to say who fired the fatal shot. He was represented by lawyer Stephen Williams.

Robinson succumbed to a single gunshot wound to his back at Lowmans Hill on August 31. He became the 12th murder victim for 2004 and people alleged that his death might have been as a result of a triangular affair.

Two suspects were initially being sought in relation to the incident but Williams alone was eventually charged.
