Jada Ross will perform ‘1000 Acts of Kindness’ in one week
Jada Ross, Miss Lotto has committed herself to the ambitious task of performing “1000 Acts of Kindness” in one week.
This venture is the one Ross, a contestant in the Miss SVG 2022 pageant has chosen as she embarks on implementing her community service project, which is being executed under the theme of Community Beautification.
It forms part of the GECCU Miss SVG Community Service Project — a new addition to the pageant this year, which challenges contestants to effect lasting change in their respective communities.
In a unique twist on her overarching theme, Ross extends her project beyond “physical embellishments” and aims to engender a spirit of unity and belonging in her East St George communities through a number of activities that will focus on five key areas: education, the environment, health and wellness, sports and culture and the less fortunate.
Her project will run from September 12 to 18.
As title sponsor of the Miss SVG Community Service Project, GECCU will make $1000 available to each delegate to execute a project surrounding a particular topic in each of their communities.
Each contestant randomly chose the focus of their community project which include education development; sports involvement; promoting safety and reducing crime; entrepreneurship development; advocacy for the differently abled; health awareness/ health promotion; community beautification and geriatric care.
