1 oz or 25g GLOW SPREAD
1/2 teaspoon or 2.5ml dry mustard
1 dessertspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dessertspoon French mustard
1/2 teaspoon or 2.5ml Bovril
1 dessertspoon boiling water
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup or 100g cream or yoghurt
