Man was taken to hospital but not for electrical shock

What was initially believed to be an incident caused by an electrical shock has been stated as otherwise.
This is the information coming from Acting CEO of the SVG Port Authority, Carl James.
In a conversation with SEARCHLIGHT, James said “information that was reported back” to him and that he currently has is that the adult male did not receive an electrical shock while working at the Port.
He told SEARCHLIGHT that an electrical shock was the initial assumption.
He added although he does not have all the information directly from hospital personnel, the conclusion is that the incident that occurred was not electrical in nature.
“The information that I have suggests that something else happened to the guy, not an electrical shock,” James elaborated.
“After the matter was looked into it was considered it was not electrical shock”.
He said they would ” have to wait on further detail from medical personnel” to say what precisely led to the incident.
James said the man was working at the port but was not a member of port staff.
