Quow takes over at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority

There is a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA).

Winsbert Quow has taken over from Garth Saunders who served in the position for the last 18 years.

Saunders, a civil engineer by profession, has proceeded on retirement.

SEARCHLIGHT understands that Quow, the former manager of the Solid Waste Management Unit (SWMU), a division of the CWSA, was appointed to act effective Friday, November 4, 2022.

Quow is also a civil engineer with 20 years experience.
