Already, he has put some points in the bag, having secured the top spot in the Long Jump and earned a second place in the Triple Jump.

On Thursday, Da Silva is a finalist in the High Jump and will feature in the sprint events, as he is a finalist in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

If Da Silva is to come true to form, he will complete the hat-trick of titles in that division for the Thomas Saunders Secondary School.

Rogike Thorpe had back-to-back individual titles in 2012 and 2013. (RT)
