Strikers take netball tourney

SVMC Strikers 28 beat Self-Employed 20 in the closing game.
RSVG Police placed second, with Vendors third.
Vendors also showed their versatility with the Knockout title.
Self-Employed took the fourth position, followed by Combined Banks and Customs Sports Club fifth.
RSVG Police took the Best Banner, CWSA was Best Dressed.
Monique Haynes was the Most Improved Player for CWSA, with Annel Romeo for CW Prescod; Nickisha Harry, Combined Banks; Leanna James, Customs Sports Club; Bernadette Matthews, RSVG Police; Val Dasouza Self Employed; Tamara Samuel, SVMC Strikers; and Alcia Harry Vendors.
Monique Haynes from CWSA took the Individual Shooting Competition, while Combined Banks won the team showdown.
CW Prescod was the Most Disciplined Team, and their player Orde Ballantyne was the Most Improved Male Player. His teammates, Kenneth Burgin, Male Novice Player, and Anicia Williams, Female Novice also took awards.
Carlita Bascombe from SVMC Strikers took the Managerâs Award while Luenda Bute took that for Determination.
