SwiftPac staff operate from Kingstown, Argyle, Canouan and regionally

There is a staff compliment of forty-eight (48) based in St. Vincent & the Grenadines while throughout the Caribbean region this numbers is 110. The United States operations account for another twenty-four employees.

Brenda Telemaque

Brenda TELEMAQUE is a company stalwart who started from the inception. She has worked in almost every position both on the Aviation and Logistics sides of the company. Brenda brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to bear as Manager of the local SwiftPac Office.

 

 

 

Stanley Gonsalves – Regional Operations Manager

As Regional Operations Manager, Gonsalves is responsible for the coordination of operations with all SwiftPac branches in the Eastern Caribbean. He joined the company in April 2010 and has seen the company grow constantly year over year.

Gonsalves’ prior experience working in the petroleum industry made the transition to Caribbean Aviation Management very natural. He is currently responsible for the Fuel Operations of the company in St Vincent & The Grenadines in addition to his Regional responsibilities with SwiftPac Branch Managers in Grenada, St. Lucia, Dominica, St. Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados and Jamaica.

 

Going Green

SwiftPac is also committed to being a Green Shipper. through the use of products less harmful to the environment and is phasing out the use of some plastics as far as possible, introducing labels made from recycled paper and reducing its overall use of paper. The company has already moved towards the use of only LED lights in its warehouses and using low-Sulphur fuel in vehicles even as it moves toward more fuel-efficient trucks in the USA and Caribbean. The company aims to be at least 85 percent green by the end of 2020.

 

Atiah Stephens, International Business Development

Bringing to the SwiftPac family a great mixture of youth, exuberance, academic excellence and company knowledge, Atiah. Stephens’ association began in 2017 while still an MSc student in Finance at the University of Miami It was for her the perfect fit, given her academic background, which began at the UWI Trinidad with a BSc in Economics minoring in Accounting, then Robert Gordon University in Scotland for a master’s degree in Project Management. She is the driving force behind the company’s Brand Business Development and E-commerce Strategy.

 

 

 

 

Desmarie Baynes has had a ten-year (10) relationship with Vincy Aviation Services Ltd/ Caribbean Aviation Management and has seen the company grow to a regional entity. She is responsible for
HR, Finance and Compliance.

Baynes is Certified CompTIA Plus & Project Management, a discipline which is key to Vincy Aviation Services Ltd and SwiftPac’s continued excellent service delivery standards and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with diplomas in Business management and an ACCA member.

Michelle Cain-Swift is the Accountant with the group of companies. She began with the company is 2000, took a break abroad in Canada then rejoined SwiftPac in 2016, having completed her ACCA.

Software Development

Caribbean Aviation Management Inc believes in innovation and technology and presently boasts of its own team of software developers consisting of three Caribbean personnel and three International Developers. The company is developing its own software and is in the process of implementing a system that is completely automated. This would mean a complete shift from the current semi-automated status to the implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology which reads labels on packages. This investment in software would give the company the capacity to process approx. 3000 packages per hour and is in the process of increasing its warehousing space in Miami.
