Five lasses vie for 2011 Miss Fancy Government School title

Five students of the school will compete for the title of Miss Fancy Government School Past Student 2011, in a show which will take place at the Fancy Government School and begin at 7:00 p.m.
The five are Alexia Alexander – Miss Barfle Gutter; Ruthann Bowens – Miss Spring; Nicoleen Lewis – Miss Broad Rock; Nicola Ashton – Miss Porter Point and Roseann King – Miss Water Wheel.
They will make five appearances during the show, during which they will be judged on Cultural Wear, Introduction, Sports Wear and Ambassadorial Speech, Casual Wear, Talent, Career Wear, Evening Wear and Interview.
Guest Artistes are reigning calypso monarch Tajoe; the schoolâs choir; drummer Keegan; Rapper Fennique; and Parggy with the band âNew Sensationâ with their hit song âGeorgetown Mash Upâ.
Admission is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.
