Crosby is secretary
Michelle-Ann Crosby started working at the job she enjoys on February 15, 1991, some 12 years ago. âAnd not a day has been boring,â says the dedicated secretary.
Crosby is a past student of Professional Secretarial and Consultancy Servicesâ parent company Professional Secretarial Institute (PSI). She recalls that at the time she attended PSI it only offered evening

Crosby revealed that it was at PSI that she gained her computer skills and improved her typing skills. These are the skills that she said have helped her earn a comfortable living.
âI would encourage anyone to go to PSI,â said Crosby.
She describes her boss Camille as a very professional person who, apart from encouraging persons to strive for
excellence, enjoys helping them advance in life.
She says that the job involves dealing with different people of different backgrounds, and that is something she enjoys.
