God gave a gift to the world when you were born— a person who loves, encourages and lifts people up, and touches each life she enters. October 28th will always be treasured because that’s when Tessa Lionel came to earth. Greetings are coming from mom Celia, sisters Brenda, Elsa and Michele, nieces Breanna, Bria and Sheneé, nephew Sherman and the rest of the family circle.
